August ISOtm Registration Policy

BURGGRAF ISOtm POLICIES Code of Ethics

We appreciate your choosing our programs for your skater development.   We limit the number of participants in each group.  By enrolling in the ISOtm Clinic, you are purchasing a training slot within the program.  Due to past misunderstandings and situations relating to our policies, we want to make it very clear and transparent with regards to our policies as they pertain to your enrollment.  Please read and understand the following policies.

ENROLLMENT FORM/REGISTRATION

  1. YOU MUST COMPLETE THE ENROLLMENT FORM.

WE NEED YOUR PAPERWORK with your contact information.

Using last year’s information is not always accurate and in the event we

need to contact you, we need the paperwork in our system to do so in a

timely manner.   In the event of conflicts or emergencies, we need accurate

     Information each year.

  1. YOU MUST RESPOND TO US BY THE DEADLINE OF FEB 1st    with the ENROLLMENT FORM & (NonRefundable )DEPOSIT.
    1. We need your information clearly printed or presented on the

ENROLLMENT FORM.  PLEASE INCLUDE AN EMAIL ADDRESS.

  1. YOU MUST SEND IN YOUR $300 DEPOSIT to secure your slot.   IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE DEPOSIT with the ENROLLMENT FORM, we will move you to the waiting list. PLEASE NOTE CREDIT CARD FEE POLICY BELOW

The reason for this policy is we have clients who send in the paperwork less the

deposit to save the slot just in case they decide to participate in the program.  If we do

not receive the DEPOSIT with the ENROLLMENT FORM, we will place you on

the  waiting list as a "maybe" and your ENROLLMENT FORM will fall

behind those who are on the waiting list (with the DEPOSIT SUBMITTED) and

wanting to participate in the program.   We do not activate the DEPOSIT until there

      is a training slot available.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

  1. OUR REFUND POLICY IS FAIRLY SIMPLE.   We limit the numbers of the skaters in each group.  YOU ARE PURCHASING A TRAINING SLOT IN A LIMITED PARTICIPANT PROGRAM.   Due to past abuse of this policy we are forced to invoke a  Non Refundable Deposit.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • ANY POTENTIAL REFUNDS will be made based upon the cancellation dates and a case-by-case basis.
  • After May 1st $100
  • After June 15th $300
  • *** After Open House, IF WE ARE UNABLE TO FILL THE TRAINING SLOT FROM THE WAITING LIST, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TRAINING SLOT FEE.  IF WE ARE ABLE TO FILL THE   TRAINING SLOT FROM THE WAITING LIST, WE WILL RELEASE

YOU FROM THE TRAINING SLOT OBLIGATION, BUT YOU WILL

FORFEIT YOU  $300 DEPOSIT DUE TO INCURRED CLINIC COSTS

TRAINING CENTER OFF ICE FACILITY & CLINIC OBSERVATION

  1. The TRAINING CENTER has to be have restricted access during the training sessions.  We do encourage parents to see what we are offering, but please, NO VIDEO CAMERAS, CELL PHONE PHOTOS OR CAMERAS during the ISOtm program.  If you wish to take some photos of your skater, please request permission to do so with Frank Burggraf.   If you do not have authorization to do so, you will be asked to turn the device off.  For obvious proprietary reasons, we do not allow parents and others to video during the program

DRESSING ROOMS & CONDUCT

  1. We expect the dressing room behavior to be conducive to allow us to provide a good, clean environment for each  skater.   We will do our best to provide this environment, but WE WILL NOT TOLERATE ABUSIVE BEHAVIOR, BULLYING, and ABUSE of the dressing rooms.   WE VIEW THE DRESSING ROOM as a direct reflection of the skater(s) in the Group.  We look at each "stall" or area assigned to the skater to see what type of discipline the skater possess.  It is a direct reflection of the individual and his/her team or family.  We encourage them to take care of their gear each day, to keep their area clean and organized.  We will not pick up after them.  That is part of the mental discipline program.  They are responsible for their actions and area in the DRESSING ROOM.   We walk through unannounced and do periodic checks of the DRESSING ROOMS.  PLEASE INFORM YOUR SKATER(s) to dispose of waste properly.  The MSC has garbage cans in each dressing room and will empty them every other night.

MEAL PROGRAM

  1. If your skater is not in the MEAL PROGRAM, please remind them not to take food from the table.   Once all the MEAL PROGRAM Groups have eaten, we leave the fruit out to encourage the skaters to eat fruit.  PLEASE REMIND THEM NOT TO HANDLE THE FRUIT, ie pick up fruit with sweaty hands and put it back. LOOK AND CHOOSE CAREFULLY WITH YOUR EYES, we do purge the fruit for the "bad apples" and we get fresh fruit daily so grabbing one will sufficient to assure you picked a good one.  We encourage you to wash the fruit before consuming.

ABSENTEEISM

  1. IF YOUR SKATER IS ILL OR HAS TO MISS A DAY OR SESSION.  Please let us know in advance as much as possible. We do not refund or prorate for the missed program for missed sessions/days.

CREDIT CARD/DEBIT CARD PAYMENT POLICY & FEE

10)     Due to increased security costs for processing credit cards, we will be adding a

3.0% credit card fee to the payment when using a credit card for down payment.

The Merchant Services have increased fees for security reasons for us to process

credit Cards.  We understand the ease and convenience of using credit cards/debit

cards  and we apologize for the need to adjust for the new fees we incur with the

Merchant Services, but we are forced to pass on those fees due to the nature of our

          Business

GROUP PARTICIPATION/MOVE UP POLICY

  1.   Our policy on group sign up is based upon the level of play next year, If you are

moving from Pee Wee to Bantam next year, you will sign up for the Bantam Group

2 programs.  We reserve the right to move skaters based upon our assessments.

We understand that everyone wants to skate in the Group 4 program to be pushed

and challenged, but understand that those who are in Group 4 expect those skaters I

Group 4 to be of similar, skill,  age and maturity.  Understand that every level

Participates in many of the same drills and techniques.  The ISOtm is an Individual

Isolation Clinic where we ISOlate on the Individual skill sets.  We do not engage in

coaching systems.  Just simplicity and skills.
